目的 探索复方玄驹胶囊联合前列安通胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床效果。方法 选取2015年12月-2017年3月在重庆市开州区人民医院治疗的慢性前列腺炎患者128例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各64例。对照组患者口服前列安通胶囊，4粒/次，3次/d。治疗组患者在对照组的基础上口服复方玄驹胶囊，4粒/次，3次/d。两组患者均治疗30 d。观察两组患者临床疗效，同时比较治疗前后两组患者NIH-CPSI和勃起功能障碍评分。结果 治疗后，对照组临床总有效率为73.44%，显著低于治疗组的92.19%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者疼痛、生活质量、排尿和NIH-CPSI总分均明显下降，勃起功能障碍评分显著升高，同组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），同时治疗后治疗组患者NIH-CPSI和勃起功能障碍评分明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 复方玄驹胶囊联合前列安通胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎效果显著，能有效改善患者性功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Compound Xuanju Capsules combined with Qianlie Antong Capsules in treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods Patients (128 cases) with chronic prostatitis in the People's Hospital of Kaizhou District, CQ from December 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 64 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Qianlie Antong Capsules, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Xuanju Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 30 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the NIH-CPSI and the erectile dysfunction scores in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 73.44%, which was significantly lower than 92.19% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the pain, quality of life, urination and NIH-CPSI total scores in two groups were significantly decreased, the erectile dysfunction scores were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And these scores in the treatment group after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Xuanju Capsules combined with Qianlie Antong Capsules has obvious curative effect in treatment of chronic prostatitis, and can effectively improve the sexual function.
