目的 探讨虎驹乙肝胶囊联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年1月-2016年11月在中国人民解放军第四五七医院接受治疗的病毒性肝炎患者84例为研究对象，根据治疗要求的差别分为对照组（42例）和治疗组（42例）。对照组患者静脉滴注注射用还原型谷胱甘肽，1.2 g加入到生理盐水250 mL中，1次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服虎驹乙肝胶囊，5粒/次，3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗60 d。治疗后，观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组的临床症状消失时间、肝功能和血清学指标变化情况。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为80.95%、95.24%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，治疗组的临床症状消失时间显著短于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、门冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）、总胆红素（TBIL）和总胆汁酸（TBA）等肝功能指标均显著降低，同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组上述肝功能指标显著低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组转化生长因子-β₁（TGF-β₁）、基质金属蛋白酶-13（MMP-13）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）水平均显著降低，同组治疗前后差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗后治疗组降低的更明显，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 虎驹乙肝胶囊联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗病毒性肝炎疗效显著，可有效缩短临床症状消失时间，改善肝功能和机体炎症反应，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Huju Yigan Capsules combined with reduced glutathione in treatment of viral hepatitis. Methods Patients (84 cases) with viral hepatitis in No.457 Hospital of PLA from January 2016 to November 2016 were randomly divided into control (42 cases) and treatment (42 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Reduced Glutathione for injection, 1.2 g added into normal saline 250 mL, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Huju Yigan Capsules, 5 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 60 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and extinction time of clinical symptoms, liver function indexes, and serological indicators in two groups before and after treatment was compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 80.95% and 95.24%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, extinction time of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was shorter than that in the treatment group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). ALT, AST, TBIL, and TBA in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And liver function indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Levels of TGF-β₁, MMP-13, and IL-6 in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And serological indicators in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Huju Yigan Capsules combined with reduced glutathione has good effect in treatment of viral hepatitis, and can shorten extinction time of clinical symptoms, and improve liver function and systemic inflammatory response, which has a certain clinical application value.
