目的 探讨依卡倍特钠颗粒联合西咪替丁片治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年2月-2017年2月在延安市人民医院进行治疗的胃溃疡患者96例为研究对象，入组患者按照治疗药物的差别分为对照组和治疗组，每组各48例。对照组口服西咪替丁片，0.2 g/次，2次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服依卡倍特钠颗粒，1 g/次，2次/d。两组患者均治疗4周。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组的临床症状评分、血清多肽类激素和细胞因子水平。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为81.25%、95.83%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组胃脘隐痛、纳呆少食和呕吐评分均显著降低，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组这些观察指标明显低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组血清胃动素（MTL）、胃泌素（GAS）水平均显著降低，生长抑素（SS）水平均显著升高，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组这些观察指标的改善程度明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组血清血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、表皮生长因子（EGF）水平均显著升高，白细胞介素-1（IL-1）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）水平均显著下降，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组这些观察指标的改善程度明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 依卡倍特钠颗粒联合西咪替丁片治疗胃溃疡具有较好的临床疗效，可显著改善临床症状，调节血清胃肠激素水平及机体炎症反应，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Ecabet Sodium Granules combined with Cimetidine Tablets in treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods Patients (96 cases) with gastric ulcer in Yan'an People's Hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were enrolled in this study. According to the difference treatment plan, patients were divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 48 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Cimetidine Tablets, 0.2 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Ecabet Sodium Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptom scores, serum polypeptide hormone and serum cytokine levels in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.25% and 95.83%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of epigastric pain, loss of appetite, and vomiting in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of MTL and GAS in two groups were significantly decreased, but the levels of SS in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of VEGF and EGF in two groups were significantly increased, but the levels of IL-1 and IL-8 in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Ecabet Sodium Granules combined with Cimetidine Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of gastric ulcer, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and regulate the serum levels of gastrointestinal hormones and inflammatory response, which has a certain clinical application value.
