目的 探讨左旋咪唑联合羟氯喹治疗系统性红斑狼疮的临床疗效。方法 选取2013年2月-2016年2月在广西壮族自治区南溪山医院治疗的系统性红斑狼疮患者70例，根据治疗方法的差别分为对照组（35例）和治疗组（35例）。对照组患者口服硫酸羟氯喹片，200 mg/次，2次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服盐酸左旋咪唑片，50 mg/次，2次/d。两组患者均治疗6个月。评价两组患者临床疗效，同时比较治疗前后两组患者血清炎性因子、血清补体和β₂-微球蛋白（β₂-MG）水平以及SLEDAI评分。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组患者的总有效率分别为80.00%、97.14%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组血清IL-4、IL-6及IFN-γ水平均显著降低，IL-2水平明显升高，同组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组上述血清炎性因子指标明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者血清C1q、C3、C4水平明显增加，β₂-MG水平明显降低，同组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗后治疗组上述补体和β₂-MG水平显著优于对照组患者（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者SLEDAI评分明显降低（P<0.05）；且治疗组SLEDAI评分比对照组更低（P<0.05）。结论 左旋咪唑联合羟氯喹治疗系统性红斑狼疮具有较好的临床疗效，可有效改善患者临床症状和血清学指标，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of levamisole combined with hydroxychloroquine in treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods Patients (70 cases) with systemic lupus erythematosus in Nanxishan Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from February 2013 to February 2016 were divided into control (35 cases) and treatment (35 cases) groups according to different treatment. Patients in the control group were po administered with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets, 200 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Levamisole Hydrochloride Tablets on the basis of the control group, 50 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the serum inflammatory factors, serum levels of complement and β₂-MG, and SLEDAI score in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 80.00% and 97.14%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the IL-4, IL-6 and IFN-γ level in two groups was significantly decreased, but IL-2 level was significantly increased, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). And these serum inflammatory factors in the treatment group were obviously better than those the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the C1q, C3 and C4 level in two groups was significantly increased, but β₂-MG level was significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the serum level of complement and β₂-MG in the treatment group was obviously better than that the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the SLEDAI score in two groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05). And the SLEDAI score in the treatment group was obviously lower than that the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Levamisole combined with hydroxychloroquine has good clinical curative effect in treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and serological indicators, which has a certain clinical application value.
