目的 探讨天麻素片联合奥拉西坦注射液治疗脑外伤后综合征的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年9月—2016年9月在深圳市宝安区中心医院治疗的脑外伤后综合征患者78例，所有患者根据治疗方案不同分为对照组和治疗组，每组各39例。对照组静脉滴注奥拉西坦注射液，4 g加入到5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中，1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服天麻素片，4片/次，3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗2周。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组的临床症状积分和血清细胞因子水平。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为82.05%、97.44%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P< 0.05）。治疗后，两组头痛、头晕、焦虑、失眠、抑郁评分均明显下降，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P< 0.05）；且治疗组这些观察指标明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P< 0.05）。治疗后，两组血清白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、胰岛素样生长因子-1（IGF-1）、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1（MCP-1）、可溶性细胞黏附因子-1（sICAM-1）水平明显降低，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P< 0.05）；且治疗组这些观察指标明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P< 0.05）。结论 天麻素片联合奥拉西坦注射液治疗脑外伤后综合征具有较好的临床疗效，可明显改善临床症状，调节细胞因子水平，具有一定临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Gastrodin Tablets combined with Oxiracetam Injection in treatment of post-traumatic syndrome. Methods Patients (78 cases) with post-traumatic syndrome in Baoan District Central Hospital of Shenzhen from September 2015 to September 2016 were enrolled in this study. According to the difference treatment plan, patients were divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 39 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Oxiracetam Injection, 4 g added into 5% glucose solution 250 mL, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Gastrodin Tablets on the basis of the control group, 4 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptom scores and serum cytokine levels in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 82.05% and 97.44%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of headache, dizziness, anxiety, insomnia and depression in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6, IGF-1, MCP-1, and sICAM-1 in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Gastrodin Tablets combined with Oxiracetam Injection has curative effect in treatment of post-traumatic syndrome, can obviously improve clinical symptoms, and regulate serum cytokine level, which has a certain clinical application value.
