目的 探讨寒喘祖帕颗粒联合沙丁胺醇雾化治疗小儿喘憋性肺炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2014年12月-2016年1月廊坊市第四人民医院收治的喘憋性肺炎患儿80例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各40例。对照组患儿氧驱动雾化吸入硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入溶液，将0.5 mL雾化溶液（含2.5 mg沙丁胺醇）用生理盐水稀释至2~2.5 mL，5 min/次，2次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服寒喘祖帕颗粒，2 g/次，2次/d。两组均连续治疗6 d。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组气喘缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间、喘鸣音消失时间及平均住院时间。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为77.5%、92.5%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。与对照组对比，治疗组患儿的气喘缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间、喘鸣音消失时间及平均住院时间均显著缩短，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 寒喘祖帕颗粒联合沙丁胺醇治疗小儿喘憋性肺炎疗效显著，能显著改善患儿的临床症状，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Hanchuan Zupa Granules combined with salbutamol in treatment of asthmatic pneumonia. Methods Patients (80 cases) with asthmatic pneumonia in Langfang Fourth People's Hospital from December 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 40 cases. Patients in the control group were oxygen atomization inhalated with Salbutamol Sulfate Nebules Inhalation Solution, 0.5 mL spray solution (including 2.5 mg salbutamol) diluted with normal saline to 2-2.5 mL, 5 min/time, twice daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Hanchuan Zupa Granules on the basis of the treatment group, 2 g/time, twice daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 6 d. After treatment, the efficacy was evaluated, and asthma relief time, coughing disappeared time, wheezing disappeared time and the average hospitalization time in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 77.5% and 92.5%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, asthma relief time, coughing disappeared time, wheezing disappeared time and the average hospitalization time in the treatment group were shorter, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Hanchuan Zupa Granules combined with salbutamol have clinical curative effect in treatment of asthmatic pneumonia, and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, which has a certain clinical application value.
