目的 建立离子色谱法测定碳酸司维拉姆中氯化物的检测分析方法。方法 色谱柱为Rfic IonPac AS11-HC分析柱(250 mm×4 mm),Rfic IonPac AG11-HC保护柱(50 mm×4 mm),淋洗液为20 mmol/L KOH溶液,检测器为DS5电导检测器,抑制器电流为49 mA,体积流量为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30 ℃,进样体积为10 μL,采集时间为12 min。结果 氯离子在0.50~10 μg/mL线性关系良好(r=0.999 4),平均回收率为99.27%,RSD值为1.57%。结论 本法快速、准确、可靠,可用于碳酸司维拉姆中氯化物的测定。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish an ion chromatographic method for the determination of chloride content in sevelamer carbonate. Methods The determination was performed on Rfic IonPac anion exchange column (AS11-HC, 250 mm × 4 mm) and Rfic IonPac anion protective column (AG11-HC, 50 mm × 4 mm), with eluant of 20 mmol/L KOH solution by conductivity detector at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 30 ℃, injection volume was 10 μL, and acquisition time was 12 min. Results The linear range of chloride ion was 0.50 — 10 μg/mL (r=0.999 4), and the average recovery was 99.27% with RSD value 1.57%. Conclusion This method is rapid, accurate, reliable and can be used for the determination of chloride in sevelamer carbonate.
