目的 观察左卡尼汀注射液对阿霉素所致的心肌细胞损伤的保护作用。方法 将培养5 d的新生Wistar乳鼠心肌细胞随机分为正常对照组、阿霉素1 μg/mL阳性对照组和左卡尼汀10、20、30 μg/mL保护组,加药后继续培养24 h,测定细胞存活率、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)释放量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果 左卡尼汀能显著提高受损心肌细胞的存活率,抑制LDH释放量,减少MDA的生成,提高SOD活性。结论 左卡尼汀对阿霉素所致的心肌细胞损伤具有保护作用。

[Abstract]
Objective To observe the protective effects of Levocarnitine Injection on myocardial cell injury induced by adriamycin. Methods From newborn Wistar neonatal rats, the cardiomyocytes cultured for 5 d were randomly divided into normal control group, adriamycin (1 μg/mL) positive control group, and levocarnitine (10, 20, and 30 μg/mL) protection group, then followed by being continuously cultured for 24 h after the administration. Cell survival rate, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents were detected. Results Levocarnitine could significantly improve the survival rate of the damaged myocardial cells, inhibit the release of LDH, decrease the level of MDA, and promote the activity of SOD. Conclusion Levocarnitine has protective effects on the myocardial cell injury induced by adriamycin.
