摘 要:目的 研究贝健胶囊对小鼠抽动障碍(TD)模型的治疗作用,通过检测模型小鼠脑内神经递质多巴胺(DA)的量,探讨贝健胶囊治疗TD的作用机制。方法 咖啡因诱导小鼠TD模型,采用自主行为实验和攀爬实验研究贝健胶囊对模型小鼠的影响;采用高效液相色谱法测模型小鼠脑组织中DA的量。结果 贝健胶囊能明显抑制咖啡因引起的小鼠攀爬行为(P<0.05),并显著减少自发活动次数(P<0.05);降低模型小鼠脑内DA的量(P<0.05)。结论 贝健胶囊对咖啡因诱导的小鼠TD模型具有显著的治疗作用,降低脑内多巴胺的量可能是其治疗TD的作用机制。

Abstract: Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Beijian Capsule on mouse with tic disorders(TD),and to explore the mechanism of Beijian Capsule for treatment of TD by determining the neurotransmitter dopamine content in mouse brain.Methods TD model of mouse was established by gastric perfusion of caffeine.The climbing test and spontaneous behavior test were performed to study the effects of Beijian Capsule on the mouse model.Dopamine in mouse brain was determined by high performance liquid chromatography- fluorescence detection(HPLC-FLD).Results Beijian Capsule significantly inhibited the mice abnormal climbing behavior caused by caffeine(P<0.05),and markedly reduced the spontaneous movements (P<0.05).Beijian Capsule also decreased the dopamine content in mouse brain(P<0.05).Conclusion Beijian Capsule has significant therapeutic effects on mouse with tic disorders, and the mechanism may be related to its decreasing dopamine content in mouse brain.
