目的 探讨肾衰宁颗粒联合前列地尔注射液治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法 选取2017年6月-2019年6月在河南科技大学第一附属医院就诊的180例慢性肾衰竭患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组，每组各90例。对照组静脉滴注前列地尔注射液，10 μg加入10 mL生理盐水中静脉滴注，1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上温水冲服肾衰宁颗粒，5 g/次，3次/d。两组连续治疗21 d。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组的肾功能指标、血清因子水平。结果 治疗后，治疗组的总有效率为77.78%，对照组为64.44%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组的血肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN）、胱抑素C（Cys-C）、24 h尿蛋白水平明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，治疗组的Scr、BUN、Cys-C、24 h尿蛋白水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组的转化生长因子β₁（TGF-β₁）、结缔组织生长因子（CTGF）、纤维连接蛋白（FN）水平均明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，治疗组的TGF-β₁、CTGF、FN水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 肾衰宁颗粒联合前列地尔注射液可提高慢性肾衰竭的疗效，能改善肾功能，延缓肾小球纤维化进程，且安全性较好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shenshuaining Granules combined with Alprostadil Injection in treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods Patients (180 cases) with chronic renal failure in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 90 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Alprostadil Injection, 10 μg added into normal saline 10 mL, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shenshuaining Granules on the basis of the control group, 5 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 21 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and renal function index and serum factor level in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 77.78%, and that of the control group was 64.44%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of Scr, BUN, Cys-C, and 24 h urinary protein in two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of Scr, BUN, Cys-C, and 24 h urinary protein in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group with statistical significance (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TGF-β₁, CTGF, and FN in two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TGF-β₁, CTGF, and FN in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Shenshuaining Granules combined with Alprostadil Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic renal failure, can improve renal function, delay the progression of glomerular fibrosis with good safety.
