夫西地酸是临床上治疗革兰阳性菌感染疾病高效安全的药物,近年来关于该药与其他抗生素联合应用的作用效果已成为目前抗菌治疗关注的热点。通过查阅夫西地酸联合用药的体外抑菌实验和联合抗菌临床疗效评价的国内外研究,对该类研究进行综述,以期为临床抗感染治疗提供一定的依据。

Fusidic acid is an effective and safety drug used for Gram-positive infective disease in clinic. It is focused on the action effects of fusidic acid combined with other antibiotics recent years. Many researches at home and abroad about antimicrobial tests in vitro and evaluation of clinical curative effect of fusidic acid combined with other antibiotics are collected, then the results of those researches are reviewed, in order to provide basis for clinical anti-infection therapy.
